Review: Ice Master: The Snow Ice House
Anybody else hating on the sun these days, or is it just me? I can feel the moisture leaving my skin whenever I walk outside, and the AC seems to be having a hard time keeping the heat at bay inside. It's intense. Which is why the last time my boyfriend and I were at Robinson's Place Manila, we just had to find a new (and cheap!) way to cool off.
Enter the Ice Master. This little stand-alone kiosk with fold-up chairs and tiny tables near the mall's cinemas was a godsend. We got shaved ice (or snow ice, as they insisted it was called, despite the obvious redundancy) with fresh kiwi, mangoes, strawberries, and sorbet, all for the measly sum of Php120.xx. We ooh-ed and aah-ed all our way through the tasty dessert, and we felt so cool, refreshed, and sugar-high after. It was intense.
And the best part? They have WiFi!
